Experience
Previous experience in automotive and delivery sectors
Qualification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and dispatch software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be available in Kuwait with a transferable visa
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assign routes and schedules to drivers based on delivery needs and vehicle availability
- Monitor fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient service
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and resolve operational issues
- Track vehicle locations using GPS and dispatch systems
- Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and other departments
