- Manage the full employee life cycle (onboarding, induction, exits, documentation)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Handle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
- Process visas and liaise with PRO/government authorities
- Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
