Experience

- Strong grasp of financial reports such as P&L and balance sheets
- Understanding of WPS payroll systems and local compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Maintain and update financial data using QuickBooks
- Assist in compiling income statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries
- Process payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS)
- Manage invoicing, track expenses, and perform bank reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including follow-up on overdue payments
- Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records
- Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation
