Experience
10–15 years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally within fitness, hospitality, wellness sectors.
Proven experience managing large, multi-departmental teams with service excellence mandates.
Strong business acumen with P&L exposure, budget control, and data-driven decision-making.
Track record of building systems, processes, and scalable infrastructure.
Qualification
- MBA preferred, Bachelors in Hospitality/Business/Marketing/Sports management
- Computer and reporting literacy is a must

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee and optimize the daily operations across fitness, wellness, F&B, academy, and retail.
- Lead department heads to align with brand standards and client expectations.
- Implement and evolve high-level SOPs.
- Maintain consistent boutique luxury service experience.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to guide improvements.
- Partner with finance and CEO on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
- Develop high-performance culture and future leadership.
- Manage workforce planning, onboarding, and training.
- Elevate service standards through performance management.
- Champion client satisfaction and feedback integration.
- Maintain rigorous quality control in service and facility presentation.
- Prepare systems for expansion and lead new branch openings.
