Receptionist cum Admin position open for a presentable, detail-oriented individual to manage front desk duties and provide administrative support.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate.
Qualification
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of real estate CRMs is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- First point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
- Organize inbound and outbound mail.
- Handle administrative work and general clerical support.
