Experience
- 6 months – 1 year in HR generalist role, including employee engagement and operations.
Qualification
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration.
- Ability to plan and execute engagement activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee interaction.
- Conflict resolution and grievance handling skills.
- Ability to maintain employee database and records (attendance, leaves, payroll input, etc.) through HRMS.
