Accountant – Real Estate Sector (Dubai)

One of our leading real estate clients managing 280+ buildings across Dubai is hiring an Accountant to join their expanding team.

Experience

1. 2–3 years of UAE experience.
2. Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CA articleship completed/ ACCA partially completed preferred).
2. Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, vlookup etc.).
3. Strong knowledge of accounting basics and adjustment entries.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Communication and time management skills.
6. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
