A company in Qatar is hiring for the position of HR & Welfare Officer.
Experience
- 3–5 years of related work experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Computer / MS Office software literacy.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Leave, resignation & encashment and document processing.
- Maintain master database and prepare monthly reports to HR Director.
- Coordinate investigation and warning letters.
- Cross-check stopped-duty cases and update HR Director.
- Cross-check overstay employees and update HR Director for further actions.
- Maintain a register and follow up for workmen’s compensation issues.
- Handle employee grievances in terms of leave and resignation.
- Coordinate with site coordinators for successful implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Align with different labour standards pertaining to employee welfare programs.
- Keep abreast knowledge of welfare standards.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Handle any additional assignments related to the same field.
