Experience

  1. 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, reservations, or admin (transport/hospitality/travel/events a plus).

Qualification

  1. Excellent English (spoken & written); confident on phone/WhatsApp with polished client tone.
  2. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM or booking tools.
  3. Organized, detail-focused, able to multitask under time pressure.
  4. Knowledge of Dubai locations, airports, and hotels preferred.
  5. On-site role with occasional evening/weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Respond to sales inquiries (phone/WhatsApp/email) and prepare quotations.
  2. Follow up with clients, convert bookings, and update CRM records.
  3. Coordinate schedules with drivers/dispatch and ensure trip accuracy.
  4. Prepare invoices, collect payments/POs, and maintain client records.
  5. Handle feedback/complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
