Female Receptionist – Qatar

Greet and assist members, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Experience

  1. 1–2 years in front desk, administration, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Qualification

  1. Diploma/Degree in hospitality management or administration is preferred.
  2. Fluent English communication.
  3. Administrative capabilities and basic application knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling software).
  4. Presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
  5. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Greet and assist members, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Handle calls, emails, bookings, and appointments at the reception.
  3. Maintain attendance and scheduling records as assigned.
  4. Ensure the front desk area is always neat, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
  5. Should have knowledge about Microsoft Office for applications and some Excel sheet work.
