Experience
- 1–2 years in front desk, administration, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality management or administration is preferred.
- Fluent English communication.
- Administrative capabilities and basic application knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling software).
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Greet and assist members, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle calls, emails, bookings, and appointments at the reception.
- Maintain attendance and scheduling records as assigned.
- Ensure the front desk area is always neat, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
- Should have knowledge about Microsoft Office for applications and some Excel sheet work.
