Accountant – Accounts Payable – Dubai, UAE

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Accounts Payable

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. Strong reconciliation, financial software, and Microsoft Excel skills
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Process and verify vendor invoices with supporting documents
2. Reconcile accounts payable to vendor statements and internal records
3. Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
4. Assist in month-end and year-end closing for audits and reporting
5. Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and bank reconciliations
6. Review subcontractor claims against contract terms
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
