An experienced Senior Accountant is required to join the finance team of a hospital in Doha, Qatar.
Experience
5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a hospital/healthcare setup in Qatar/GCC
Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage hospital accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, GL, insurance claims, and billing
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and IFRS
- Supervise junior accountants and support management in decision-making
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim reconciliation, hospital revenue cycle, and WPS payroll
