Responsibilities and Requirements
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and inquiries from potential and existing customers.
- Communicate directly with customers to promote projects and persuade them of products or services.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations and suitable services to customers.
- Conduct meetings with customers to follow up on requirements and resolve any issues.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal departments to improve workflow.
- Perform any other tasks as required to meet the needs of the new project.
