Hiring for a Welding Inspector to join an Oil & Gas EPC project team in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates with valid CSWIP 3.2.2 certification.
Experience
10–12 years total experience, with 7–9 years in GCC Oil & Gas EPC/Construction projects
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Valid CSWIP 3.2.2 certification (mandatory)
- BGAS certification (preferred)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Inspection and quality assurance of welding activities on EPC projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards
- Coordinate with construction teams and maintain inspection records
- Support QA/QC activities and ensure adherence to safety standards
