A reputed real estate company in Dubai is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in real estate accounting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and UAE tax laws.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for property transactions.
- Oversee escrow accounts, rental income, and service charges.
- Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and legal teams.
- Monitor budgets for property development and facility management.
Salary
AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month
