Admin Coordinator – Dubai, UAE

Hiring Admin Coordinator for a premium transport company in Dubai. Full-time role with AED 10,000 all-inclusive salary.

Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, reservations, or admin.
  • Experience in transport, hospitality, travel, or events is a plus.

Qualification

  • Excellent English (spoken & written) with polished client communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, or booking tools.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills under time pressure.
  • Knowledge of Dubai locations, airports, and hotels (preferred).
  • Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work.
