Hiring Quality Management Consultant (Native Arab) in Qatar. Immediate joiners preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in quality management, compliance, or process improvement.
- Proven experience developing and implementing quality and compliance frameworks.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification in quality management, auditing, or compliance (CQE, CQA, ISO Lead Auditor) is a plus.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain quality management frameworks aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Establish and oversee internal compliance frameworks aligned with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
- Support development and tracking of corporate KPIs, contributing to performance evaluation and reporting cycles.
- Develop internal communication and awareness campaigns for quality and compliance initiatives.
- Lead or support internal quality audits, assess compliance, and prepare actionable reports.
- Coordinate compliance reporting and improvement areas to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, initiate improvement projects, and monitor outcomes.
