Leaders Training Centre is hiring a Financial Accountant with expertise in audit, IFRS, and financial systems to manage and strengthen organizational finance.
Experience
3–5 years’ experience (audit firm background preferred)
Qualification
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent
- Strong IFRS, auditing, and financial reporting knowledge
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Zoho, Excel, and ERP systems
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (IFRS compliant)
- Manage reconciliations, trial balance reviews, and reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with audits and statutory requirements
- Support ERP/financial systems transition and implementation
- Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency
- Work schedule: Saturday to Thursday (11:30 AM – 9:30 PM)
- Job type: Full-time, on-site
- Based in Qatar or ready to relocate on short notice
