Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in Admin/HR, preferably within the events industry.
Qualification
- Proficient in MS Office and event management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing presentations and quotations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Preferably female candidates.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage office administration tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and record management.
- Assist the event team with planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
