A reputed organization in the UAE is hiring a highly experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR functions across diverse business units, including Healthcare, Trading, Transport, Automotive, F&B, and Construction sectors.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a managerial or group role within the UAE.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, healthcare compliance, and construction manpower regulations.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and UAE Labour Law.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DOH/HAAD, and relevant industry regulations.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits (WPS compliance).
- Implement performance management and training programs across business units.
- Manage HR operations, visa processing, and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrate proven leadership, cross-cultural management, and communication skills.
