Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience.
- Experience in audits and compliance processes.
- Supervisory experience with Junior Accountants preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA qualification (required).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite; experience with Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally is a plus.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee finance, tax, and payroll services.
- Review financial reports, lead junior accountants, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support financial audits and contribute to internal process improvements.
- Coordinate across departments to maintain accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Skilled in financial forecasting and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
