LCC Projects Ltd. is expanding its team and hiring a Project Coordinator (O&M) for its Head Office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves managing, monitoring, and coordinating daily operations and maintenance activities of irrigation infrastructure projects, including dams, canals, pump houses, and distribution pipelines.
Immediate joiners are preferred. Experience in EPC-O&M projects is highly desirable.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) project coordination of irrigation projects, dams, or canal systems, and other industrial projects.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, canal operations, pump house functioning, and water flow management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting formats.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers for daily progress of O&M activities.
- Monitor water distribution schedules, canal flow operations, and mechanical performance.
- Prepare and maintain DPRs, MOMs, and MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and record management.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and local authorities for smooth operations.
- Track material requirements, manpower deployment, and safety compliance.
