Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector in Qatar.
Qualification
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid resident visa in Qatar.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
