A reputed organization in Qatar is hiring an Assistant Electrical Engineer to join their team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, supervision, and facility management operations.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Facility Management experience preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supervise technicians to ensure plant equipment operates smoothly as per specifications.
- Monitor and maintain operational records.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor problems; identify root causes and raise service orders if required.
- Provide emergency support when necessary.
- Supervise and manage contractors to ensure quality work in compliance with EHSS regulations.
- Lead and manage a group of subcontractors.
- Ensure prompt response to breakdowns and client issues.
- Provide timely updates to the in-house CAFM database.
