20Plaza LLC is hiring an Account Assistant to support daily accounting operations, inventory coordination, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of UAE experience and a strong background in accounting processes.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role within the UAE
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Indian nationality preferred
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry
- Handle cash counter closing at the end of the day
- Prepare and issue cheques to vendors on time
- Manage and record petty cash transactions
- Coordinate with the inventory team to verify GRN, GRV, and credit notes
- Conduct regular inventory audits and verify stock records
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts
- Support monthly report preparation and ledger maintenance
- Ensure timely submission of accounting documents and reports
