A full-time opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support the senior leadership team in Qatar.
Experience
3–5 years of proven experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with confidential information
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials
- Act as the point of contact between executives and stakeholders
- Maintain organized filing systems for electronic and paper documents
- Arrange travel itineraries and process expense reports
- Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for support issues
- Assist in planning company events and special projects
