Kempinski Residences & Suites is seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to ensure seamless technology operations supporting both hotel teams and guest experience.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of IT Support experience, preferably in hospitality
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL are a strong plus
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide first-level IT support and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, LAN/WAN, and wireless systems
- Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, finance, IPTV, and IP telephony
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment
- Ensure IT security compliance (OS compliance, PCI DSS)
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate closely with the IT team
- Assist with new system implementations and maintain technical documentation
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 workstation environments and hospitality systems (Opera, Micros, Infor, or similar)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
