We are looking for an experienced Accountant – Collection Department with at least 4 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage collections, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments from tenants, clients, and investors.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable/collections within the real estate industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage collections from tenants, clients, and real estate investors.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and send reminders/notices.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to collections and payments.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding payments.
- Work with finance and sales teams to resolve payment disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and address inconsistencies.
- Generate monthly financial reports for management.
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
