A leading real estate firm in Qatar is hiring an experienced Accountant – Collection Department to manage collections, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments from tenants, clients, and investors.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable/collections within the real estate industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for handling payment follow-ups.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage collections from tenants, clients, and real estate investors, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and send reminders/notices.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to collections, invoices, and payment receipts.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding payments.
- Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and company policies regarding collections.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and address any inconsistencies.
- Generate monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID.
