A Dubai-based maintenance and service provider is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team.
Experience
- Proven experience in accounting or a similar financial role, preferably in the service or maintenance industry.
Qualification
- Semi-Qualified CA, MBA, M.Com., or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books and Tally) and MS Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Develop, prepare, and issue competitive quotations.
- Manage payroll, leave records, employee data, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborate with operational teams and third-party contractors.
- Maintain organized financial documentation for auditing purposes.
