Medait Group is hiring for an Accountant to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reporting for holiday homes and real estate.
Experience
3+ years of experience in real estate or holiday homes accounting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or real estate management software.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, and real estate regulations.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable with timely processing.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure VAT & tax compliance and handle tax filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts and property-related transactions.
- Collaborate with property managers for financial planning.
