Posta Plus is hiring for the role of Accounting Manager in Ardhiya, Kuwait. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in accounting and managerial roles
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and data analysis
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Perform financial analysis and reporting
- Manage month-end closings, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Coordinate with Finance team to meet deadlines
- Evaluate accounting systems and recommend improvements
- Supervise accounting team and review their tasks
- Manage audits and financial statements preparation
- Monitor costing process and payroll accuracy
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions per company policies
- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and variance/budget analysis
- Review accounting schedules, leave & indemnity, fixed assets, and other relevant financial items
