A multinational company in JAFZA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Executive with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and a strong background in accounting and administrative responsibilities.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years, including a few years in the UAE, preferably in a trading company.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Handle bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and customer account monitoring.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and VAT compliance.
- Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
- Maintain and update company records and documentation required by JAFZA authorities.
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
- Support HR functions and insurance renewals for employees, vehicles, and assets.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and reviewing contracts.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 is a must.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
