Experience

Qualification

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Prepare and send customer invoices promptly.
  2. Record and update payment transactions accurately.
  3. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
  4. Contact customers to resolve payment issues and overdue payments.
  5. Reconcile payments with bank statements and client accounts.
  6. Maintain and verify customer account information.
  7. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
  8. Support audit and compliance related to receivables.
