Accounts Assistant – NASCO Trading LLC | Dubai

NASCO Trading LLC is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join its finance team in Dubai.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance support.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and verify bills, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing and payments.
