NASCO Trading LLC is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join its finance team in Dubai.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance support.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Prepare and verify bills, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Assist in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing and payments.
