Accounts Assistant – Payables – Abu Dhabi (Khalidiya)

Location: Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi

Experience

1. 0–3 years of experience
2. Minimum 1 year of UAE experience is mandatory

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Focus)
4. Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Accurately perform bank reconciliations
2. Verify, process, and record supplier invoices
3. Reconcile vendor SOAs and resolve discrepancies
4. Prepare and issue cheques
5. Support month-end closing processes
