Admin Assistant (Female) – Qatar

A reputable company in Qatar is seeking a qualified Admin Assistant (Female) with proven experience in the landscape industry.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in the landscape industry.

Qualification

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High school degree; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Write and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and office policies.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Liaise with clients and senior administrative staff.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Must have a valid QID and NOC.

Pay

  • QAR 3,000.00 – QAR 4,000.00 per month.
