Hiring Admin Coordinator/Assistant for a company in the construction chemicals industry, based in Dubai.
Experience
Previous experience in administration/coordinator roles is a plus
Qualification
- Fluency in English and Urdu (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry
- Coordinate between departments and assist with daily operations
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain records and ensure smooth workflow in the office
- Working 6 days a week
- Salary: AED 3,000 per month
- Visa, medical insurance, annual air ticket, and benefits as per UAE Labor Law
