Experience
- Minimum 2 years admin experience
Qualification
- UAE Driving License is a must
- Hands-on experience with SAP (PO & GRN)
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Able to multitask & work independently
- Positive, proactive attitude
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Flight bookings + Airport pick/drop coordination
- ADDC & DEWA payments/issues
- Accommodation maintenance
- Vehicle repair/maintenance coordination
- Registration & renewal of company vehicles
- Creating PO & GRN in SAP
- Invoice reconciliation (Security, Imdaad, KEZAD skip)
- JAFZA gate pass coordination
- Visa processing (when requested by sales team)
- General admin & ad-hoc support
