Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proficient in using the ministries’ online systems, fulfilling requirements, and submitting documents as needed.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage correspondence, records, and filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare memos, letters, and internal communications.
- Support HR and Finance teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle vendor coordination.
- Liaise with government and external entities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
