Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data
- Analyze financial trends and discrepancies
- Support financial reconciliation and verification tasks
- Use ERP systems and spreadsheets for financial operations
- Prepare journal entries and maintain budget in the general ledger
- Coordinate with Financial Operations Team for transaction corrections
- Handle monthly cross charging journals
- Respond to high-level financial queries and complaints
- Collaborate on month-end and year-end closing
- Meet regularly with budget holders and support budget preparation
