Hiring Assistant Accountant for a full-time role in Al Barsha Heights, Dubai. Candidate must be detail-oriented and skilled in daily closings, Excel, and accounting software.
Experience
- 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.
- Support daily, monthly, and yearly closing activities.
- Perform daily closing of accounts, ensuring transactions are recorded and reconciled.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and cash statements.
- Support audits and tax filings as needed
