Al Arqoob Trading LLC, a leading provider of digital accessories in the UAE, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join its team in Dubai.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the UAE.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in reconciling accounts.
- Process invoices, follow up on pending payments, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records.
- Assist in VAT returns, financial statements, and compliance with local regulations.
- Support budget preparation, financial forecasting, and administrative tasks.
- Must be currently in the UAE.
- Preferably available to join immediately.
