Qualification

- Ability to read timetables, maps, and schedules
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supervise on-ground staff and supervisors at designated locations
- Respond to client needs and deliver services to set standards
- Provide operational reports and client feedback
- Oversee scheduling, manpower, and workflow management
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across all sites
- Assist in manpower planning and deployment
- Monitor valet performance and address issues
- Standardize service delivery and transportation oversight
