- Familiarise yourself with all warranty updates and procedures.
- Ensure all warranty guidelines are followed when closing warranty job cards and submitting claims.
- Review job cards to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a healthy working relationship with internal staff and warranty principals.
- Ensure customer and principal interests are maintained.
- Maintain warranty paperwork to the highest standards.
