Responsibilities and Requirements
- Service Delivery: Advise and communicate proactively with the Client to ensure operational and technical support exceeds expectations.
- Attend contract review meetings and other formal meetings as required.
- Vehicle Service and Maintenance: Oversee management of vehicle service/repair scheduling, including identifying work required (service/cambelts, brake checks, brake fluid changes, MOTs, etc.).
- In conjunction with the Customer Services Team, manage the raising of Kerridge WIP’s, service check sheets, and manufacturer check sheets for maintenance work.
- Supervise the utilization/operation of the workshop facility and allocate work to the Technical Team.
