United Gulf is hiring a Branch Accountant to manage financial operations for its Qatar branch.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years of accounting experience in the Qatar market.
Qualification
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Strong understanding of Qatar’s tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage receivables, payables, fixed assets, inter-unit reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
- Monitor cash flow and handle trade-related banking matters, including LCs and guarantees.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and Branch Manager for smooth financial operations.
- Liaise with auditors for financial finalization and tax compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
