Hiring an experienced Business Application Manager to oversee and support the Autoline Dealer Management System and related ERP/DMS/CRM modules at both admin and user levels for Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Experience with Autoline Dealer Management System
- Proficiency in ERP/DMS/CRM systems and reporting modules
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRM, finance, vehicle sales, and aftersales operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Administer and support DMS and related systems
- Implement best practices and minor system changes
- Provide senior and user-level training and consultation
- Streamline operational processes to enhance usability
- Create user manuals for DRIVE system operations
- Customize on-demand reports for dealer management and principals (FMC & FCA)
- Assist marketing teams using Campaign Manager for targeted campaigns
