Hiring CAFM Clerk for a Facilities Management department in Doha, Qatar. The role involves maintaining accurate data in the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and supporting operational efficiency through data management and reporting.
Experience
Experience with CAFM, IWMS, or CMMS software (e.g., Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, or similar) is an advantage.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Maintain and update CAFM system data, including assets, space allocation, and maintenance schedules.
- Process work orders and ensure timely completion and closure.
- Generate regular reports on maintenance, asset performance, and space utilization.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and ensure record accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for service requests.
- Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance.
- Identify data inconsistencies and perform quality checks.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
