Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate or property management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) required; LL.M. preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare and review tenancy contracts, addendums, renewals, POAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tenancy laws and company policies.
- Support company secretarial tasks including filings, approvals, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with legal, property management, and leasing teams for contract documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for properties and tenants.
- Draft official letters, notices, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
